UAV Maintenance Process

Your assets maintained in 6 simple steps
We work alongside your team to ensure a smooth, efficient process — so you can remain focused on your core operations.

  1. Maintenance request – Submit a maintenance enquiry form with your asset details.
  2. Service plan – Our team will assess your requirements and recommend the most suitable servicing approach.
  3. Send or deliver your drone – Courier your aircraft to us or arrange delivery to our designated service location (shipping arrangements confirmed at booking).
  4. Assessment & quotation – A qualified technician will inspect the aircraft and provide a detailed service report and quotation.
  5. Maintenance completion – Upon approval, servicing is carried out promptly — typically within 3–5 business days, depending on scope.
  6. Return & documentation – Your drone is returned with service documentation confirming completed work and compliance checks.

Maintenance FAQ’s

No. The assessment is included within the overall maintenance fee, which typically covers:
• Shipping label coordination
• Courier transport
• Asset inspection and evaluation
• Scheduled maintenance servicing
Please note: Replacement parts, if required, are quoted separately depending on the components involved.

  • Please include:
    • The drone aircraft
    • The controller
    • Any damaged components requiring inspection (or additional items requested by our team)
    Ensure all equipment is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

All servicing is completed by Incredible’s qualified technicians, ensuring work is performed to professional standards and in alignment with CAA
requirements.

If you have chosen to drop off your aircraft, please deliver it to our designated service location during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00am –
3:00pm).
Full address and delivery instructions will be confirmed at the time of booking.

If you have chosen courier delivery, please send your aircraft to our nominated service address.
Full shipping details and instructions will be provided once your maintenance booking has been confirmed.

Maintenance is generally completed within approximately five business days. This timeframe includes a comprehensive inspection, post-service flight testing
where required, and provision of a detailed service report upon completion.

High-risk environments are those where aircraft are exposed to harsh conditions such as dust, sand, dirt, moisture, or salt over extended periods, which may
accelerate wear and impact performance.

Maintaining up-to-date firmware helps prevent software bugs, system instability, and performance limitations such as reduced range or altitude restrictions. It
also ensures your aircraft benefits from the latest feature enhancements and safety improvements.
Firmware updates can typically be completed via the relevant DJI flight application or DJI Assistant 2 software. If you require assistance, our team is
available to help.

Your address is needed to coordinate secure shipping to and from our service centre. Once a maintenance request is submitted, we arrange the appropriate
courier documentation for dispatch.
Upon completion of servicing, your equipment will be returned to the nominated address unless alternative delivery instructions are provided.
